Damaged/Faulty Goods
Please inspect your package carefully and thoroughly before you accept it from the courier. Where your order is presented to you with obvious signs of damage we recommend that you DO NOT accept it from the courier and let them take it back. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can organise another order to be sent out to you.
LOST/NEVER ARRIVED
If you have not received your order within the delivery guidelines we have given you, please email arerettas@gmail.com or call us on 07584087240 with your order number and we will immediately get on the case and keep you informed as to where your order is. If it got lost on its way to you, we will organise another order to be sent out to you immediately.
